• • Group stage (20 minutes per matchday): an opponent not there 7 minutes after the match time can be reported absent. The matchday's end is the deadline, no extra time; a match already played has 3 minutes after it to send its result screen.
• • Knockout (20 minutes per match): an opponent not there 5 minutes after the match time can be reported absent. Time's up is the deadline, no extra time; a match already played has 3 minutes after it to send its result screen.
• • The same in every tournament: a player reported absent has 2 to 3 minutes to answer in the chat (10 if they're in the match), and a score is confirmed or a ruling appealed within 3 minutes.

An absence is reportable after a third of a group matchday (5 to 30 minutes) or a sixth of a knockout match (5 to 15). No result by the deadline: whoever arrived late, still says busy/wait or held the match up loses; if it's unclear who, a knockout goes to lots and a group match is a 0-0 draw.
